Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) exist to support our sense of belonging.
And they are also a vital part of growth and development for the employees working behind the scenes to organize within these groups. We’re dedicated to supporting these safe spaces and elevating those with the passion to lead them.
We currently have six Employee Resource Groups:
Herd
The Herd is a place for women and gender minorities to support each other via advocacy and education.
Pride
Our Pride ERG supports, educates, and empowers the LGBTQ+ community within a safe space at Bullhorn.
Blk @ Bullhorn
Blk @ Bullhorn is a designated space for Black employees to foster education, engagement, and empowerment.
Allies
Allies is a group open to all Bullhorn employees that promotes diversity through education and engagement.
Unidos
Unidos' mission is to provide a community for HIspanic/LatinX employees while creating pathways for growth & visibility.
Salute
Salute's mission is to align with the unique experience of the military community to the incredible employee experience at Bullhorn.
